We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help make it right.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including personal care items, sanitary goods, perishable products, and clearance/final sale items.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-7 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the incorrect item was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
